We built Writlify to be as private as possible. Here's exactly what we do — and don't — collect.
💡 Short version: Writlify does not require you to create an account. We do not sell your data. The text you paste into our tools is sent to the AI API to generate results and is not stored by us.
Writlify ("we", "us", or "our") is a free AI writing toolkit operated by Vectrasource Digital Suite. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website at writlify.com.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our tools are designed to be used without creating an account, and we intentionally minimise the data we collect.
We may collect basic, anonymised usage data such as pages visited, browser type, device type, and general geographic region (country level). This is used solely to understand how the product is being used and to improve it.
To prevent abuse, we store a daily usage counter in your browser's localStorage. This is stored locally on your device only — it never leaves your browser and we cannot access it.
When you use an AI-powered tool, the text you enter is sent to our API endpoint and forwarded to the Claude AI API (by Anthropic) to generate a response. We do not log, store, or retain this text on our servers.

Writlify is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request metadata) as part of infrastructure operations. See Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log requests for fonts. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Writlify does not use tracking cookies. We use your browser's localStorage solely to store your daily tool usage count for rate limiting purposes. This data:
